Also the electrical sockets and switches had been fitted off. They have installed standard bayonet light fittings for now in the kitchen and main living area. These will be eventually be replaced with energy saver down lights, along with the heat/extractor fan lights in the upstairs bathrooms.
The meter box is now ready for connection.

Make sure you check whether your area belongs to "Integral Energy" or "Energy Australia".
